First Solar
Engineer – Manufacturing I (PM Focus)
Feb 2025–Present
At First Solar I function as a product manager embedded in the manufacturing engineering team, driving a spare parts cost savings initiative projected to deliver $5.3M annually. I've led the rollout of the Remote Operating Center across two plants, directed mobile-first UX strategy projected to drive 60% higher engagement, and shipped AI-driven support agents that save the team ~8 hours per week.

Fulfillment IQ
Product Intern
Jun – Aug 2024
As a Product Intern at Fulfillment IQ, I collaborated with stakeholders to shape the backend architecture and UI/UX of a stealth product built on headless architecture. I contributed to competitive research and delivered the 'State of Automation and Robotics – 2024' industry report that informed the team's product positioning.

Blowhorn
Product Manager – Supply & Compliance
Dec 2020 – Jul 2023
Operations Associate – Last Mile & Hyperlocal
Jun 2018 – Nov 2020
I spent over 5 years at Blowhorn across two progressive roles: first building and scaling last-mile operations across Bangalore, then moving into product where I owned driver onboarding, supply compliance, and payment experiences. My product work reduced onboarding time from one week to under 10 minutes, automated 87% of enrollments, and cut vehicle sourcing time from 120 minutes to near-instant.

Behind the work
04 / About
“Does this actually make someone’s job easier?”
The one question that guides every product decision I make.
Hey there 👋 I build products at the intersection of technology, operations, and user behavior.
I hold a Master’s in Engineering Management from Penn State and started my career in a 3PL startup in India, where I grew from operations associate to product manager. That experience shaped how I think. Products don’t live in dashboards. They live in workflows.
Today at First Solar, I work on digital transformation initiatives inside manufacturing environments, leading improvements to internal platforms. My focus has been on usability, adoption, and operational clarity. I initiated hands-on usability testing with users, refining workflows, and driving measurable increases in user satisfaction and engagement.
Across startups and enterprise settings, I focus on turning complex systems into simple, usable tools. From automation research at Fulfillment IQ to product evolution at Blowhorn and platform improvements at First Solar, one question guides my work:
I value structured thinking, clear communication, and knowing when to say "no" to protect focus.
If you are looking for someone who can move between strategy and execution without losing sight of the user, we will get along well.
Education
Pennsylvania State University
Master of Engineering Management
Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering
Bachelor of Engineering – Industrial Engineering & Management
Off the clockOutside work, I explore trails, experiment in the kitchen, and occasionally get behind the DJ decks. Whether it’s a playlist, a recipe, or a product, I enjoy iterating until the experience feels just right.
