Behind the work

04 / About

Does this actually make someone’s job easier?”

The one question that guides every product decision I make.

NowProduct Manager - Digital Transformation at First Solar
Open toProduct Manager
Based inUSA

Hey there 👋 I build products at the intersection of technology, operations, and user behavior.

I hold a Master’s in Engineering Management from Penn State and started my career in a 3PL startup in India, where I grew from operations associate to product manager. That experience shaped how I think. Products don’t live in dashboards. They live in workflows.

Today at First Solar, I work on digital transformation initiatives inside manufacturing environments, leading improvements to internal platforms. My focus has been on usability, adoption, and operational clarity. I initiated hands-on usability testing with users, refining workflows, and driving measurable increases in user satisfaction and engagement.

Across startups and enterprise settings, I focus on turning complex systems into simple, usable tools. From automation research at Fulfillment IQ to product evolution at Blowhorn and platform improvements at First Solar, one question guides my work:

I value structured thinking, clear communication, and knowing when to say "no" to protect focus.

If you are looking for someone who can move between strategy and execution without losing sight of the user, we will get along well.

Education

Off the clockOutside work, I explore trails, experiment in the kitchen, and occasionally get behind the DJ decks. Whether it’s a playlist, a recipe, or a product, I enjoy iterating until the experience feels just right.
